Return Policy

At shoffee.com the only place that we care about being #1 is in the eyes of our customers. And we realize, that when you buy something from shoffee.com, you are the highest in quality and value (as you should). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just return the product to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, with a copy of your packing slip, and reason for the return and we will be glad to issue a refund. Shipping cost cannot be refunded.

If someone from shoffee.com has made an error on your purchase, we will arrange for a replacement, or for the item to be returned at our expense with a refund to your credit card.
